UAB SPORT IN COLORS provides you with BasketNews platform, including websites www.basketnews.lt, www.basketnews.com and BasketNews Android and iOS apps.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

BasketNews collects personal data when you visit or use the BasketNews Platforms.

When using the BasketNews Platforms (and any related applications and services) or registering, we may ask you to provide all or some of the following information: your name, e-mail address, gender, country, age and preferred basketball teams, amongst others. When you register to enjoy any of the BasketNews Services and sign to use them, you are not anonymous to us. 

Our registration form enables you to sign in via a third–party service such as Facebook. If you choose to sign in via a third-party app, you will be presented with a dialog box that will ask your permission to allow the BasketNews to access your personal data and any other information you have made publicly accessible. Please note that any information that is not required by the particular Service you have opted to use will not be retained by BasketNews.

Likewise, BasketNews automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, BasketNews cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and your physical location and the page you request.

Your personal data will be processed by BasketNews for the fulfillment of the following purposes:

- Management of registration and cancelation of users;

- Cookies: processing of data relating to first and third-party cookies in order to analyze your browsing habits and improve services.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
